Tea Ceremony and Yasaka

Just before 1 pm I arrived at Mina-sensei for this month’s tea ceremony. Ueno-san was already there and I just got in time to try out her koicha (thick tea). The rest dropped in at 1 pm and then at 2 pm. Once I’d done my koicha I acted a “smart ass” by correcting anyone that did a mistake πŸ˜‰

4.5 hours later (all the time in seisa – sitting with folded knees) we were done and I limped home. Actually I limped to the train, then to the bus and then to Yasaka for dinner before I limped home. But why be picky about details now that the tea ceremony is over?
