Hawaii Here We Come

Chie and I left office early today. And met on platform 13 in Sinagawa to get on the NEX (Narita Express) bound for Narita airport. At 8 pm we were seated in our business class seat of an Airbus 330 waiting for takeoff.

6 hours an 30 minutes later we touched down at Honolulu International airport. It was 7:30 am. We got to the hotel, changed clothes and went out in shopping.

Actually, before shopping we stopped at Duke’s to have lunch. Ceasar salad and a sandwich. Beer and Mango Banana smoothie. Yummy!

At the Alamona Shopping center in the afternoon we continued shopping. Mostly window shopping. But occasionally we found something worth spending money on. Like some dresses for Chie and some sports clothes from my favorite sports brand, Lululemons Athletics.

In the evening we had dinner at Tako-No-Ki. A Japanese restaurant in Waikiki. It was nice and relaxed atmosphere. And we spoke with the Japanese owner and one of the Japanese customers.
