Continued the renovation of the window frames today by painting the frames around the balcony doors and around one of the windows. It was a dark wood so I had to paint four layers before it looked good. But it looks quite good if I may say so myself

Oh, flip-flops are still in use for going to and from the gym 8-)

Summer, Tokyo / No Comments

Went to the gym in the morning. In shorts, flip-flops and t-shirt. It was 28 degrees outside. Like a really good Swedish summer day 8-)

After the gym I continued to scrape the paint off of the one of the windows in the living room. The plan is to paint all of the window frames and wood in the apartment white. In due time.

Went to my favorite shopping district Ginza in the morning. In Ginza everything I need is available, well almost anyway. Apple store, Bic Camera, Tokyu Hands (found out today), Addidas shop, and many different department stores.

Chie wanted to check one of here favorite shops at the Seibu department store, See by Chloe. She found what she was looking for… And some more :-)

I did too. At the Tokyu Hands. Paint. Brushes. And a Black & Decker thing that goes “ping”.

Or at least it goes bzzzzzzzzzzzzzz…

After our short visit to “Paris” we went to Red Pepper in Ebisu to meet Chie’s mother. Then we walked to Red Pepper for dinner. Yummy!
