RNJ @ Yoshiman

After work I went to Yurakucho and walk to Yoshiman in Ginza. There I met with Chie and RNJ (Raider Nation Japan). They had already started eating and was already halfway through. I quickly tried to catch up with them but had to break at 7:30 pm as I had a teleconf meeting for 30 minutes (work again).

Then I was back with RNJ and we finished off with some tasty rice dish which is a specialty at Yoshiman.

RNJ @ Yoshiman

Rode my bike to Ginza after office today. There I met Chie, Mash-san, Black Panther-san and a newcomer. In other words… Raider Nation Japan (RNJ). We talked, ate, and celebrated my birthday. The 25th 😉

I left before the others since I had to ride my bike home and I did not want to be too tired doing that. I found my way pretty OK all the way through Roppongi. Then I took off towards Hiroo which was a little bit too earlier than planned and I had to improvise the last few kilometers. But I knew the general direction and I was back home within 35 minutes from leaving Yoshiman. Swoooooopsch!!!

Raider Nation Japan @ Yoshiman

Another football season is coming to its end 🙁 Well, the sad thing is that Raider’s season has ended a while back. Not as early this season as it has done the past 8 years or so. But no playoff this year either.

So it was time to meet and discuss the past season. The upcoming season. And, of course, rumors. Who is going to be the next head coach? Who is going the be the QB? WHo is going to be drafted? Etc.

As always with good friends, it was fun. And Yoshiman has quite nice food.

Raider Nation Japan Invades Yoshiman

Hectic day at the office and I was an hour or so delayed for the Raider Nation Japan party at Yoshiman in Ginza. When I arrived they didn’t seem to have missed me much anyway.

Everyone was fully occupied eating, drinking and discussing the season that for the best NFL team just ended, but that for Raiders ended a loooong time ago.

We had a new member joining the party today. And as our tradition is the newcomer fell asleep 😀

After Yoshiman we went looking for a bar. But it is impossible in Ginza… Well, not to find a bar but to find a bar that is not full. We eventually found one but then we all were quite tired. One even went so far as to falling asleep in the bathroom. It was kind of the signal for all of us that it was time to go home.
